We do not provide:

• Personal coaching or one-on-one guidance
• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Injury prevention or treatment
• Fitness guarantees or race performance guarantees

3. User Eligibility

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter this Agreement
• You are in good physical health (or have medical clearance)
• You have consulted a physician before starting this training plan
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Your inputs must be truthful and current
• Modify the plan as needed: Adjust for your fitness level and response
• Listen to your body: Stop if you experience pain or unusual symptoms
• Seek professional help: Consult a doctor if unsure about any workout
• Maintain account security: Keep your email and login details confidential
• Not reverse-engineer: Do not attempt to extract or reuse our algorithms
• Not resell: Do not resell plans purchased from us

5. Payment Terms

• Price: €9.99 per full training plan (subject to change)
• Currency: All prices in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Payment Method: Stripe secure payment processing
• Billing: You will be charged at the time of purchase
• Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee if unsatisfied

6. Refund Policy

• Extract our algorithms or methodology
• Use our content for competing services

This means: If anyone sues us because of injuries or losses you sustained while training, you agree to defend us and cover our legal costs.

• We provide the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not warrant that training plans will help you achieve your goals
• We do not warrant that recommendations will prevent injuries
• We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement)

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, hack our system, or gain unauthorized access
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our algorithms
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to extract data
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Resell training plans or redistribut our content

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Service if you:
